artistic directon
Elias García founded IBStage Galas in 2009, took stage for the first time in Venice, Italy. Since then, international ballet stars have shined through the galas every year, with the galas having taken place in both Venice and Barcelona.
In 2016, Elias Garcia chose to expand the yearly gala and create the foundation of Ballet de Catalunya, giving the chance for their dancers to perform year round with the company to travel around Spain and Europe sharing their talent and passion for the art of Ballet.
Elias García has more than 40 years in the world of dance, being a dancer, teacher, choreographer and producer. His quality and artistic vision have given IBStage Star Galas international recognition and prestige.
